The Axian team has had a very exciting month as we’ve headed into Autumn. August 24th was our annual Axian Family Fun Day. For the second year in a row we gathered with our families at Big Al’s for bowling, fantastic food, casino and arcade games, henna tattoos, caricature portraits, and more! Everyone enjoyed themselves and it was great to connect with other Axian families.
Then, on September 18th, we had our monthly staff lunch with a fun Hawaiian theme (and more fabulous food). Frank Helle (CEO) talked about our current strong financial standings, Brian Hranka (V.P. of Business Development) talked about the kind of work we are doing as a company, and where we are headed in the future (very exciting stuff), and Shawn Duffy (Business Intelligence Lead) talked about a recent Edward Tufte seminar some of us were able to attend as part of our Learning and Development efforts. We all felt that it was very enlightening and inspiring to hear from such a renowned information design aficionado.
We’re also happy to report that we still have room on this exciting, growing and profitable team for more excellent players.
