April Staff Lunch – Better Listening and Better Shopping

Thanks to everyone who joined us for our April Tech lunch! We enjoyed eating delicious pita sandwiches, connecting with our fellow team members, and listening to informative and inspiring presentations given by some of our colleagues.

First, Shawn Duffy gave a Consultant’s Corner presentation, “Becoming a Better Listener,” which was full of great tips that will help us improve our listening skills when conversing with each other and our clients. He also introduced our new online service desk implementation that will help provide better service for our IT, software and hardware requests.

Then, Guy Rooker and Jim Barntish gave a presentation and showed us a demo for a very cool technology we’ve been working on that will transform the way consumers do their online shopping. This combination of technologies will scan and create 3D models that match body types, in order to preview how clothing will fit and look before purchasing it. This will provide much more customer satisfaction and reduce the cost and hassle of returning clothing that doesn’t fit properly.

If you are a current staff member, you can access more information from these presentations on our Wiki. If you are interested in learning more about becoming a part of this exciting and successful team, or want more information on how we can help your business, feel free to contact us.
