Jim provides leadership within our collaboration and business intelligence development teams. Prior to Axian, Jim spent 10 years at Babcock & Jenkins, a B2B response marketing and collaboration firm. As lead developer, he was responsible for building and maintaining a customized .NET framework for online response sites, as well as developing custom web applications and reporting frameworks for the likes of Intermec, Intel and Ciena.

Dwain provides leadership for Axian within our collaboration software development teams. Prior to Axian, Dwain spent 15 years at ImageBuilder as the Technology Director for application development creating consumer products by customizing a proprietary multimedia framework.

Tyler provides leadership for Axian within our collaboration software development team. Prior to Axian, Tyler was a lead .NET developer at Forge Dynamics where he created product software. Tyler represented Canada in the Imagine Cup software design challenge in Sao Paulo where his team competed against other countries.

Cory serves as a Technical Project Manager providing project leadership for Axian. Prior to Axian, Cory spent twelve years as a technical lead in several industries including interactive marketing, retail apparel, leadership development and electronic forensic discovery. During this time he provided technical solutions in various roles including developer, analyst, architect, project manager and technical director. Cory graduated from George Fox University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer and Information Science and a minor in Business.

Derek leads Axian's Business Intelligence Practice. Derek has designed and developed a BI platform that includes an efficient and secure methology for managing large amounts of data. Prior to Axian, Derek spent 10 years building a BI compentency center for Intel.
